Q2: Do you offer free samples?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q3: I can't find the product on your catalogue, can you make this product for me?
Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product you need. If we do not have it, we can design and make a new mould to produce it. Typically, making a new mould takes 35-45 days.
Q4: Will you deliver the right products as I ordered?

It usually takes about 7 to 10 working days for production based on the specifications and quantity of your order.
