1. Warranty: The motor and controller warranty period is one year for the whole vehicle and modification kits.
2. Wearing Parts: Other wearing parts do not carry a three-warranty period. However, damage reported within 15 days of signing will be replaced or reissued free of charge.
3. Exclusions: Damage caused by overload, human error, or use not in accordance with specifications (tires, shock absorbers, rear axle) is excluded from after-sales service.
4. Service Policy: Quality issues during the assurance period generally require returning goods for replacement. Alternative solutions include:
• Option 1: Replacement sent with the next batch of orders (buyer bears freight).
• Option 2: Direct repurchase at a 50% discount (buyer bears freight).
