Product Description
The DT5050-8 analyzer is designed for capacity testing, charging characteristic analysis, and balance maintenance of large-capacity lithium and lead-acid battery monomers. It is fully compatible with cylindrical, pouch, and prismatic cells. Each isolated channel can independently operate, identifying defective cells without disassembly. The integrated temperature monitoring system ensures safety by triggering step switches or shutdowns based on real-time data.
The dedicated software allows a single workstation to manage multiple devices simultaneously. Systems can be integrated into cabinets for large-scale batch testing and battery pack maintenance.
Key Features
Dedicated processor per channel for precision control of capacity, timing, voltage, and current.
Isolated test channels allow for direct testing of individual cells within a battery pack.
Independent heat source channels with temperature-regulated fans.
Multi-mode support: Constant Current/Power/Resistance Discharge and CC/CV Charging.
Automatic work step switching and customizable charge/discharge parameters.
Real-time curve drawing for voltage, current, capacity, and temperature across 4 Y-axes.
Battery temperature alarm function for enhanced testing security.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of batteries are compatible with the DT5050-8?
The system supports cylindrical, pouch, and prismatic cells for both Lithium-ion (LiFePO4, Nca, Ncm) and Lead-acid batteries with a voltage range of 1V to 5V.
Can I test cells without taking them out of the battery pack?
Yes, the isolated channel design allows you to connect directly to individual cells within a pack to identify defective units or perform balance maintenance without unpacking.
What safety protections are integrated into the tester?
The equipment features a battery temperature monitoring system, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, and reverse connection protection.
How is the testing data recorded and exported?
Data is recorded based on customizable time, voltage, or current intervals. The results, including curves and logs, can be exported as Excel reports for further analysis.
Is the software capable of managing multiple units?
Yes, the dedicated software uses TCP/IP protocol over a LAN connection, allowing one computer to manage and monitor multiple DT5050 units simultaneously.
What discharge modes are available?
The tester supports Constant Current (CC) discharge, Constant Power (CP) discharge, and Constant Resistance (CR) discharge modes.
