OPERATION & ADJUSTMENT

1. Voltage Adjustment (V-ADJ): Use a screwdriver to adjust the "V-ADJ" potentiometer (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease). Response may be slow due to high capacitor capacity.

2. Current Regulation (CC A-ADJ): Counterclockwise ~30 laps for minimum current. Connect load (LED/battery) and adjust clockwise to required current. Note: Do not use short circuit method for current adjustment.

3. Low Battery Protection (RV1): Adjustable for 8V-45V. Adjust RV1 until the UVLO light turns on to set the protection threshold, preventing battery over-discharge.

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

• Output positive and negative poles must not be reversed or short-circuited.

• For EV boost drives, input voltage must be >24V and EV power <500W.

• Ensure proper ventilation during high-current and long-term full-load work.

• This is a BOOST module only; output voltage cannot be lower than input voltage.

• Recommended to leave a 20% power allowance for long-term reliability.
